Otherwise, simply drop me an email at phillipa@nicetshirt.com.au where I will promptly reply with details of my other payment options which include Direct Deposit and Money Order. How long before I will receive my t-shirt?I aim to have your t-Shirt delivered to you within four to five business days of your order being received. Sometime's even faster. I will inform you by email if there is likely to be any delay. If your order is urgent, please let me know and I'll do the best I can to get it to you super fast.How will my t-shirt be posted? Every care is taken to ensure your t-shirt arrives to you in the condition you would expect however I do not insure items during delivery, so if your postbox/front door is not secure, you might like to nominate a delivery address that is, such as a staffed workplace. Otherwise insurance can be arranged for a small additional fee. I send Australian orders through the trusty Australia Post network using Express Post, which provides an overnight delivery service to most major cities, and a two day service to the rest of the country. Every Express Post satchel has a unique barcode, which means it can be tracked easily via Australia Post. What if I need to return my t-shirt? My return policy is based on the belief that your money isn't my money until you're happy with your purchase so if for some reason your t-shirt is damaged or not suitable once you've received it please email me at phillipa@nicetshirt.com.au so that we can arrange a speedy exchange or refund. Are the t-shirts Australian made? No, they're not. I was and still am determined to source Australian made organic t-shirts which are both stylish and economical (huge ask). Unfortunately I haven't found a supplier as yet but will keep searching for my next range. Australian quality, durability and eco friendly styles are all aspects I'm working on daily to refine and improve for my next range. |
